Bart W. Scott is a Member in the Tax and Business Consulting areas of Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC. He is the Co-Tax Department Director of the Firm. Bart has over 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting and business management. He has worked in public accounting in addition to holding previous positions in the healthcare and governmental sectors. Bart has experience within the firm in the areas of business consulting, auditing, and business taxation.

Bart received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University. Bart became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPA), and the Parkersburg Chapter of the WVSCPA.
