We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits to our team members. The Firm pays 100% of the premium for employee only coverage. Employees may add dependents at their own expense through a pretax premium deferral plan.
All employees receive comprehensive training for each area or specialty relevant to their roles. This training commences at the time of hire and continues throughout the course of their career.

The firm is proud to offer a “dress for your day” policy where employees are permitted to choose what they wear to work based on their individual schedule. For client interaction, business casual dress is required. For days without client interaction, jeans are permitted.

Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) combines vacation and sick leave and provides the employee with flexibility in using their time off for the purposes that best suit individual needs. Monthly accruals are based on years of service.
Flexible work schedules
The firm supports flexible work schedules, enabling employees to balance their professional responsibilities with personal needs. Employees may choose full-time or part-time schedules to suit their needs.
Our Mentoring Program offers staff valuable support for career growth at Suttle & Stalnaker. Through a trusting partnership, mentors share their experience to help mentees define and achieve their career goals.
Professional staff members are assigned a mentor to facilitate their acclimation to the Suttle work environment. It is expected that mentors and mentees will meet at least once per quarter. Mentoring plays a crucial role in fostering personal growth, building confidence, and equipping employees with the tools to navigate challenges and excel in their careers.

- That's correct for vision and dental but not medical. The firm pays the premium for employee only coverage.
- Life insurance is 100% by the Firm, effective upon hire, at a rate of three times your annual salary up to a maximum of $300,000.
