Josh Sharp, CPA is an audit and consulting Manager at Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC and  has over 8 years of experience in public accounting. He has experience in various industries, including governmental, not-for-profit, and financial institutions; however, his primary focus has been serving financial institution clients. His experience with financial institutions includes managing both external and internal audits, as well as managing various regulatory compliance and consulting engagements. Josh has significant experience providing services for a variety of financial institutions, including community banks, savings and loan associations, and publicly traded banks.

Josh graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Additionally, he obtains his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) License.

Josh is actively involved in professional and community organizations, including the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He has previously been a member in the Banking Industry, Government Services Committee, the Awards Committee, and Young CPAs Committee of the WVSCPA. Josh is currently serving as the Treasurer for the Cedar Lakes Foundation, where he is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
