Chris Lambert is an audit and consulting Member of Suttle & Stalnaker, PLLC with over 30 years of public accounting experience. Chris has extensive consulting and audit experience with construction clients. His client service experience also includes not-for-profit, pension, and governmental entities. He has experience in accounting systems, internal audit assistance, financial reporting consultation, audit preparation consulting, and internal control systems consulting.
In April 2018, Chris obtained the Certified Construction Financial Industry Professional (CCIFP) certification. This certification is obtained through the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals. Each professional is required to meet certain eligibility requirements including a minimum number of hours providing to service Construction clients or working in the Construction industry, successfully completing an exam, and maintaining a minimum number of continuing education hours. Obtaining this certification shows the experience and dedication required to provide quality service to Construction Contractors while understanding the sometimes complex needs of the industry.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Marshall University.
Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPA), the Charleston Chapter of the WVSCPA, Association of Government Accountants (AGA), Leadership West Virginia Class of 2012, the Contractors Association of West Virginia and the Construction Financial Management Association.
Chris has also been active in the community, having served as the President of the Big Green Scholarship Foundation and the Associate Division Vice-Chair of the Contractors Association of West Virginia. Chris also previously served as the President of the WV Susan G. Komen Foundation, Treasurer of the West Virginia Soccer Club and was a member of Leadership WV’s Class of 2012. Chris is currently on the executive committee of the Marshall University Quarterback Club.
