- Our Mentoring Program provides staff with the best opportunity to succeed in their career with Suttle & Stalnaker. Mentoring is a special kind of caring, supportive relationship or partnership between two people that is based on trust and respect. A mentor shares his/her knowledge and experience with the mentee to help him/her define and reach his/her career goals.
- S&S staff within their first year of employment will be assigned a “buddy” to assist with day to day questions and help them become acclimated to the S&S work environment. A mentor will be assigned beginning in year two of employment.
